Exercise

I'm feeling a little discouraged this morning.  I've been trying to exercise every day for a couple weeks.  Getting up at 5:30 to run 3+/- miles most mornings, taking the kids on bike rides, working out on the elliptical, one super crazy hard pilates class... I hurt everywhere... and I've GAINED two pounds.  Sure, I've had ice cream the last two nights, and haven't exactly been starving myself, but STILL!  It doesn't really seem fair.  It's going to be hard to maintain the motivation long enough to start losing weight.

Update -- I've determined that One Dinner Out = +2lbs, Running Every Day for Two Weeks= -1lb. Not fair, but at least I am going in the right direction today! :) And thanks for the motivation Jess and Katie! :)

I hate to say it, but sometimes that's how it goes. :/ It really sucks though to be putting a lot in and getting so little out. Hopefully you'll make some breakthroughs! I know only too well how hard it is. But at least you're doing SOMETHING, right? Though as always, I must say, you have never looked like you have a pound to lose to me!!
